Real-world dimensional accuracy depends on material and geometry, but PEEK and PEKK parts routinely hold ±0.1mm or better on critical features. No — PEEK and other semi-crystalline high-performance polymers require an actively heated chamber to prevent rapid cooling and internal stresses that cause delamination and warping. The 22 IDEX v4's 90°C active heated chamber is essential for successful PEEK, PEKK, and ULTEM printing. Many lower-cost printers lack this, which is why they cannot reliably print these materials regardless of hotend temperature.
