Authorized resellers receive training, sales materials, demo pricing, and ongoing technical support from VisionMiner's engineering team.
Authorized resellers receive: access to VisionMiner's full technical documentation and print profiles, direct engineering support via phone and email, preferred pricing tiers, co-marketing assistance, and priority access to new product releases and firmware updates. We treat our resellers as extensions of our team.

All authorized resellers complete VisionMiner's technical onboarding program, which covers the 22 IDEX's high-temperature material capabilities including PEEK, ULTEM 9085, PEKK, PPSU, and carbon fiber composites. Resellers are equipped to advise customers on material selection, print settings, enclosure requirements, and post-processing workflows.
